Who are Paradise Falls Co.?

We are a family of 4 who work as a team and love to spread magic! Our happy place is all of the Disney Parks and love that we can share the magic with you through our products. 

What is the delivery time for my products? 

All products are made to order and will be shipped within 7 business days, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched!

How will my item be delivered?

All items shipping to a UK address will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Any EU or International items are sent via International Standard with Royal Mail, and a delivery estimate will be provided at checkout. Shipping costs include all postage and packaging.

What should I do if I need to speak to you?

Do your products contain information on allergens?

All of our products have the individual allergens listed on the rear label, following all of the CLP regulations. If you need any further information prior to purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can assist you!
